WHO WE ARE
RISE CPE delivers resources and positive support to the community serving children, youth and their families by modeling the qualities of trusted adults, teaching how the interplay of education & personal well-being sets kids and their families up for success across all aspects of their life, and by providing a safe environment to grow emotionally, to learn personal advocacy and to make positive choices that impact the individual and their family far into the future.

What we do
The Focus of Our Efforts

FREE Community-based services
RISE Young Women's Program - For grades 6th - 12th
Middle school: Monday & Wednesday
High school: Tuesday & Thursday
Focuses: relationship building, trauma recovery, social emotional learning groups
Goes on year-round, meal provided, transportation available, free counseling optional
Social Emotional Learning Groups at School -For girls at Cherokee Elementary 3rd - 5th grades & the 6th/7th Grade Center.
Narcan Partnership with Dept of Mental Health - We keep the Muskogee vending machine stocked & distribute throughout the community.
Social Emotional Learning Groups at Eddie Warrior Correctional Facility - Weekly classes held with women incarcerated at the facility.
